Refill Reuse Regatta

Oct 27, 2016

aquafilus is proud to be part of the 2016 Head of the Schuylkill Regatta.

The message REfill and REuse is powerful and encourages the use of reusable water bottles in an effort to reduce the number of single use plastic water bottles that ultimately end up in water ways and landfill. Not only is this plastic waste unsightly, it is killing bird and marine life and it is time to take action.

This year Philadelphia Water Department and HOSR are providing reusable water bottles and water stations at a number of locations along Kelly Drive and asking visitors to leave single use plastic bottles at home. The REfill and REuse logo will be used frequently to help spread the message and encourage visitors to actively take part in this initiative.
